Responsibilities

• Make valuation reports of properties.
• Control over the visits.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sale, rent and property valuations.
• Computer skills.
• Broad knowledge about the market of his area of operation.
• Ability to measure the properties physical situation, the offer area and the possibilities of sale/rent.
• Significant bargaining power, with a clear costumers focus and objectives.
• Learning capacity.
• Positive attitude.
• Residence in the area or maximum radar of 25 km.

Qualification

• University degree.

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years experience in this function or similar.
